All products available for purchase on ForeverKart.com are digital products and physical products like clothes, footwears, books etc.
All orders like clothes, footwears, books etc are placed on Foreverkart.com are dispatched through our courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery Etc. within 5 to 7 days.
All digital products are delivered via digital download only.
Your file(s) will be available to download once payment is confirmed. There will be an opportunity to download right after checkout is complete and payment is received. Download link(s) for product(s) purchased will also be emailed to the email address customer used in the checkout process. Please note, that all digital downloads are tracked in terms of the location of download (via IP Address) and time of the download in order to prevent software fraud.
Once you download the file you purchased, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the file. So I recommend making a backup copy of the original download and separate backup copies as needed for when you make any changes to the Downloaded file.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you had selected Cash on Delivery for physical products, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
There will be no cancellation or refund for digital products.
